3. SMS, Email, and Voice Communications
By providing your contact details, including your phone number, email address, and/or voice contact information, you consent to receive communications from us related to job opportunities, interviews, application updates, and other recruitment-related notifications.
Opt-In Process:
- SMS Opt-In: You consent to receive SMS updates by providing your phone number and explicitly agreeing to receive SMS communications during the job application process. You will be asked to check a box during the application process with the following statement:
"I agree to receive SMS updates related to my job application, interview scheduling, job reminders, and other recruitment communications." This checkbox will be unchecked by default to ensure explicit consent.
- Email Opt-In: By submitting your email address, you consent to receive updates about job opportunities, interview schedules, and application status updates.
- Voice Opt-In: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive voice messages for important updates related to your job application and recruitment status.
Opt-Out Process:
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The following options are available to opt-out of SMS, email, and voice communications:
- SMS Opt-Out: To stop receiving SMS messages, simply reply with "STOP" to any SMS communication. This will immediately unsubscribe you from further SMS messages related to the job opportunities. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that no further messages will be sent.
Message & Data Rates: Standard carrier message and data rates may apply when replying to opt-out messages.
- Email Opt-Out: To opt-out of receiving email communications, you can click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email we send. This will automatically stop further emails from being sent to your inbox. Alternatively, you can reply to any email with your request to unsubscribe, and we will process it promptly.
- Voice Opt-Out: To stop receiving voice messages, you can reply to the voice message with an opt-out request or update your preferences via the provided contact method in the email or SMS communication.
Message & Data Rates: Standard carrier message and data rates may apply when responding to SMS messages or engaging with other communication channels. We recommend that you check with your mobile carrier to understand any applicable charges.
10DLC Compliance: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Data Protection
We use industry-standard encryption and secure servers. Only authorized personnel can access personal data.
5. Sharing & Disclosure
- Trusted clients & partners for staffing or consulting purposes.
- Service providers under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal or regulatory authorities, when required.
